A Bit of Background

Welcome to the Toronto Women's Photography Club (TWPC), a monthly photography gathering for women and non-binary creators who value authenticity, diversity, and inclusion. Our aim is to create a safe, judgment-free space where everyone can feel empowered to network and create.

At our events, we come together at a predetermined location and take photos of each other, as well as a few pre-styled subjects. Photographers, models, makeup artists, stylists, and other creatives all give their time and talent, and put it towards creativity & empowering other female creatives.

We encourage everyone to bring their camera, dress up according to the monthly theme, and get ready to meet some new friends! Whether you're an experienced photographer or just starting out, our community is open to all women and non-binary creators.

Our environment is one that does not tolerate harassment, judgment, or negativity. We ask that all participants respect each other's differences and are open to new experiences and ideas. Together, we celebrate diversity and strive to create a welcoming and inclusive community.

Each month we look for models, stylists, makeup artists, and other creatives to volunteer their time as part of the official TWPC team. As part of the team, you receive free admission.
